Grafted is a personal and professional development organization focused on enriching the community of women in wine.
Why “Grafted?”
Our name is inspired by the process of grafting a vine to its rootstock, a practice that ensures strength, resilience, and the ability to flourish in its environment. Just as the root system provides nutrients, water, and energy for a vine, we believe women thrive when connected to a strong network and community. Grafted is about creating that foundation so we in can grow, adapt, and lead with confidence.
What you can expect at Grafted events:
Grafted events are designed to make personal and professional development inspiring, practical, and fun. Through keynote talks, reflective exercises, and community connection, our primary goal is to empower women to step into everyday leadership within their communities and across the wine industry.
You can expect to deepen your knowledge and network through educational tastings, practical tools and actionable advice, and dynamic networking opportunities.
Grafted is a non-profit organization and all proceeds generated go directly toward supporting our current and future programs.
Who can attend Grafted community events?
Our events are open and inclusive to individuals of all ages, races, genders, sexual orientations, and levels of experience. And yes, men are welcome! While our programming centers on empowering women in wine, the conversations, learning, and community are meaningful for everyone.
